COVID-19
We are not performing consultations at any of our facilities due to the high risk of coronavirus infection.
Our medical services correspond mainly to Functional Medicine based on Cellular and alternative treatments, the group of specialists will be fully involved in the sensitive information about the health of each patient and their therapeutic needs with all the follow-up that corresponds to a personalized consultation.
Our specialties do not require in many cases the intervention or contact with the patient.
Therefore we need to collect all the information from medical questionnaires as well as examinations and expertise if necessary to demonstrate the actual clinical picture of each patient to evaluate a possibility of treatment, provided the patient qualifies for it.
Appointments for video consultations must be scheduled by the patient according to availability in calendar date and this in turn undertakes to notify cancellations at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

We respect privacy as a rule in our clinics, so the completion of any of our medical questionnaires, as well as consultations with the specialist are considered strictly confidential and we do not allow the possibility or by authorization of the patient to transfer information about their data to third parties. It is important that the orientation questionnaire (less extensive clinical questionnaire compared to a video consultation appointment) is completed in its entirety, as it will help to a great extent to a complete understanding of your health history, lifestyle and symptoms and thus be able to offer you a second opinion of therapeutic orientation, structural changes of your habits and lifestyle to try to optimize your health with your support and prevention to distance as far as possible the risks of contracting degenerative diseases.

VIDEO MEDICAL CONSULTATION AND AFTER
Evaluation
The first video consultation with one of our specialists who speak your country and language is a visit that can last between 20 and 35 minutes with each new patient, reviewing history, medication, symptoms and asking questions according to your lifestyle etc.
The time is somewhat determined by the depth of complexity of each individual’s history and symptoms, laboratory tests and other clinical expertise required.
Follow-up consultation.
SK specialists will determine based on the therapeutic recommendation according to your health status when to re-evaluate and follow up with you at the time of your initial visit. A new follow-up video consultation is typically in 3-5 weeks depending on the tests and their results in case further laboratory tests have been requested.
